THEME BASES AREAS
International Wine Hall - Hall D
Hall dedicated to international wine production. The tasting area will host numerous guided tastings organised by companies or national institutions to reveal wines and spirits from five continents.
Organic Hall - Hall C
Vinitaly Bio is the show dedicated to certified organic wine produced in Italy and abroad. Consumer interest in organic wines is booming and Vinitaly Bio, now in its 10th edition, is the most interesting showcase in Italy for producers who want to promote their organic wines. In addition to the stands an Organic Wine Bar is set up together with tasting rooms where producers can directly present their labels to domestic and foreign buyers.
Vinitaly Micro Mega Wines - Hall C
“Less is more” is the password of Micro Mega Wines, the Vinitaly's theme based area showcasing Italian highest quality estates devoted to unique grape varieties and/or terroirs and characterized by small volume wine productions. Micro Mega Wines has several objectives, but, in particular, aims to give even to the smallest producers the opportunity to participate in the most important wine fair and benefit from a different, so to speak "tailored", visibility. Thanks to Micro Mega Wines everyone has the chance to discover the richness of Italian wine.
Enolitech - Hall F
International Exhibition dedicated to the entire technological supply chain applied to wine-growing, olive growing and beverage.
Vinitaly Mixology - 2° floor Palaexpo
Mixology is the art of creating cocktails by experimenting with blends of alcoholic drinks and other beverages, in addition to wine or spirits. Mixologists are considered to be artists of experimentation in taste capable of creating and reproducing unique sensory experiences through their drinks. The four days of the trade fair 6-9 April 2025 will offer professional visitors a specific venue for master classes involving the most talented bartenders, reports dealing with the history of products, and high-level workshops where new cocktails will be invented based on wines, liqueurs and spirits.
Vinitaly Tasting - Hall 10
Vinitaly Tasting - The DoctorWine Selection is the tasting space organized by Vinitaly in collaboration with DoctorWine by Daniele Cernilli - where Italian excellence is presented to an audience of operators in the HO.RE.CA. channel attending the trade fair from Italy and abroad alike. DoctorWine has selected sparkling, white, rosé, red and dessert wines from various Italian regions for operators in the HO.RE.CA. channel.
Xcellent Beers
Vinitaly expands the horizons of its section dedicated to national and international beer productions with the Xcellent Beers thematic area.
A 360° exploration of the beer world with an innovative format designed to create opportunities for networking, exchange, and knowledge sharing between industry professionals and producers, unlocking the business potential of one of the most successful products in global markets.

The Vinitaly off-show event “Vinitaly and the City” is back: three days of tastings, meetings and events all over the centre of Verona. Vinitaly and the City is a journey of discovery, revealing excellence in wine and the beauty of the most significant locations in the historic centre of Verona, a UNESCO World Heritage city.
